Deposit for Owners: $50.00
Renters Deposit: $250.00
If a renter sets up monthly bank draft $150.00 deposit. If a bank draft returns 3 times the additional deposit of $100 will be required and the customer will be removed from draft.
Meter Tapping Fees: $2,000 Residential or $2,500 Commercial
Return Check Fee $35.00
Return Bank Draft Fee $36.50 ($1.50 Bank Charge included)
