Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. Also, you MUST establish your sewer and trash service with the City of Tuscola. We will not connect water without sewer service being inforce. If you do not pay the City for your sewer bill your water will be disconnected!

Our water meters are electronic and read each month.
We mail out our bills the last business day of the month. The due date is the 17th of the following month.
Customers on Bank Draft will draft on the 10th of the month or the following business day if the 10th is on a weekend or holiday.
Late Notices will go out on or after the 18th of the month. The disconnect day will be listed on the notice. It is YOUR responsibility to make payment arrangements with our office if necessary. We will not be calling to collect your payment. Please contact our office for any additional information.
